I made this ePortfolio to showcase my growth and learning throughout the semester. I have separated it into five different sections:
“About me” is where I tell you a little bit about my past experiences with education and my goals for the future.
The “Learning to ‘Do’ History” section is where I tell you what history and “doing” history means to me, and how it has evolved since the beginning of the semester.
Under “Course Work” you will find various assignments such as select reading logs, my document analysis and final research project. I have critiqued them and suggested what I had missed originally and what I have learned since.
The “History and Beyond” section contains some pieces from other classes or things from my life that I’ve found related to what we’ve learned in History 1120.
“Conclusion” contains the main things that I feel I’ve learned and taken away from this course, and how it taught me invaluable skills that I will continue to use throughout the rest of my education.
