In general, I think the overall structure and quality of my reading logs have improved since “Imagining Head Smashed In”  and I have also included the use of quotations. In this log I do make some connections between the actions of the enslaved Africans and what eventually lead to the underground railroad but most connections are still pretty vague. Although there is still a lot to learn from the readings from Afua Cooper and the Enslaved Africans in Upper Canada website I did manage to pick out the main point from the readings, which is both the small and large actions of the African slaves eventually lead to the underground railroad and the abolition of slavery.
